Cookie policy

Cookies, browser storage and external content used by the website, with granular consent controls.

Version: 2026-09-03Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files or records stored on a device. The website also uses browser local storage to maintain sessions, preferences and information strictly required for the restricted area.

2. Categories

  • Necessary: operation, security, authentication, language and storage of cookie choices. These remain active.
  • Audience measurement: usage statistics. These are enabled only after consent where they are not strictly necessary.
  • External content: Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo and other embedded players. Requests to the third party are blocked before consent.
  • Marketing: advertising, profiling or campaign measurement. These remain disabled until a service is configured and valid consent is obtained.

3. Current technical inventory

  • ml_cookie_consent — necessary — stores the policy version and selected categories — maximum duration 6 months.
  • ml_access_token — necessary cookie and local storage in the authenticated area — maintains the session — configured maximum 8 hours.
  • ml_user_role and ml_user — necessary — adapt access and the interface — cookie configured for up to 8 hours.
  • ml_admin_locale — necessary in the back office — remembers the administration language — maximum duration 12 months.
  • Interface preferences in local or session storage — necessary to remember menu and form state on the device.
Review this inventory whenever analytics, pixels, chat, embedded payment or another external service is added.

4. External services

Once external content is authorised, the provider may receive the IP address, browser, viewed page and its own identifiers. Its terms apply. Enhanced modes such as YouTube no-cookie and Vimeo do-not-track are preferred, while prior blocking remains in place.

5. Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing

On the first visit you may accept all, reject optional categories or customise each category. Rejection is presented as simply as acceptance. “Manage cookies” in the footer lets you change the choice at any time.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Reloading the page may be necessary to stop third-party content that was already loaded.

6. Browser controls

You may also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or use of the customer area.
